In a decisive action against terrorism, police today attached the property of a notorious terrorist handler in Palpora village of Kralgund, Handwara. This move comes as part of the ongoing efforts to dismantle terror networks operating in the region.
A police spokesperson confirmed that the action correlates with FIR No. 73/2011 from the Kralgund police station. Investigations revealed that Nazir Ahmad Ganai, a resident of Palpora currently operating from Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), played a significant role in orchestrating and guiding terror activities within the area.
“Following due legal procedures and obtaining necessary sanctions from the competent authority, we proceeded with the attachment of Ganai’s land in Palpora,” stated the police spokesperson. Authorities executed this operation in the presence of police and revenue officials, highlighting the law’s enforcement rigor.
